Skin+Pepper Model and Film is a boutique agency based in Australia, representing models and actors. 

Debra Ojumu, the agency’s Founder, was inspired by the Diversity Coalition, as well as an approach by a film company to source a black actor, to create an agency that represented black talent of the African diaspora.

With so much discussion over the years concerning the lack of diversity in the fashion and film industry, she was keen to see her talent succeed in an industry that all too often overlooked them and others.  

The vision for Skin+Pepper is to achieve success and recognition for its talent and to become a global collaborator, helping to affect change within an industry that should have more black talent on the catwalk and on the screen.  

The agency has now extended its representation of talent to include more size and racially diverse talent.
