As a Black woman of the African diaspora, I founded Skin+Pepper to shine a light on the talent that exists within a world filled with beautiful melanin of all shades. Whatever our creative skill, profession or expertise, we are plentiful, proud, fearless, and strong.

That vision remains unchanged. While we pause to refresh, our purpose continues: to provide representation, celebrate identity, and create a safe space for all talent to be acknowledged for their authentic selves.
